XCESS-Curatia The guiding catheter is designed to provide a controllable delivert channel for the introduction of interventional/diagnostic instruments into the coronary or peripheral vascular sysem.
The unique composit material and brading technology achieves a fast response of 1:1 torque, providing excellent maneuverability and kink resistance.
The 0.071" large internal cavity design , provides a fast delivery channel for equipment to meet the needs of clinical operations for complex lesions.
The Kit consists of a hemostatic valve , a guide wire twister,and a guide wireguide needle.The hemostatic valve is mainly used for a delivery channel and maintains 51 head-end shapes to meet various cardiovascular or peripheral vascular interventions.

About Holding

Tapesh Negar Shargh Company is a subsidiary of SMTD Holding. SMTD Holdco founded in 2021 in Tehan, Iran, holds controlling the business flow and interests in its branches.

SMTD active branches are Darman Qalb Arya Co, Ltd/Tapesh Negar Shargh LTD / Mehr Afarin Fidar Ltd / Noavaran Ehya Qalb Iranian Ltd, all these companies are active in Iran and operating in medical equipment industry. Following is a brief explanation of what we do in Iran.

DQA main focus is Coronary Intervention market, founded in 2013 and now it has 5 active contracts with top manufacturer from all over the world to sell their products in Iran market on exclusive basis, more info can be found in DQA company profile.

Fidar is our manufacturing line which is founded with great vision of localizing cardiovascular product in Iran. In Fidar our main focus is to collaborate with our international partner to manufacture cardiovascular coronary products in Iran. Noavaran is our brand-new company which will try to expand our network throughout Iran market, for now we have two active contracts with India and China on cardiovascular coronary products.
